How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. Product must be unopened.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items have to be unused. 
Returns after 30 calendar days, depend on each situation and based on our sole discretion.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact twsbiinc@gmail.com.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
